RE: Browser lost its memory

Thanks again nass,
All the settings were as they should be (i.e. just like you recommended I
should set them if they weren't).
Unfortunately it still made no difference, IE6 still does not remember
anything, and my cookie folder seems to be empty all the time too (or at
least practically empty).
Could it have something to do with the fact that I used CCleaner recently?

remember any of the addresses you typed in.

Done all of that.
But still the real issue remains, i.e. that my browser does not remember any
settings, autocomplete, passwords, logins, my history just shows the sites I
have been to in that particular surfing session, the same for the address
bar, it only shows the sites I have visited in that particular session.
After a reboot or after having switched off the PC and then switching it on
again, everything is gone again and nothing os remembered by the browser.
This is driving me mad.
Please,please, what can I do to correct this???

Then uninstall Firefox and be sure your system is working okay and you don't
have BSODs any more,then reinstall Firefox if you want ot use it.
