For those who responded to my initial request for help -
Sorry about being off topic. I uninstalled IE7.0 Beta 2 and that fixed
the problem. I should know better than to install beta stuff on my
computer. Have a great day.

That's a pity. All you had to do was configure IE7 as your default browser.

I'm aware that making IE7 my default browser would have fixed the problem. I chose to just back out of the whole problem.
