Try to Repair/Install the IE and the following:
on hw to reinstall IE6

1- Run ___ regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 shell32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
2- Run__ CMD click Ok ___ C:\>netsh winsock reset Press Enter
Type exit

3- RUN ___ Iexplorer /rereg click OK

iexplore /rereg

Please do one step (1,2,3) at a time and Reboot and try to see if the
issue still presist.
