Thanks. I uninstalled the Flash player but when I started to install from
the link I noticed that it was in Italian. I was unsure of how this would
work in an English language IE. Please let me know if this will be OK to
install.

Try uninstalling Macromedia Flash Player:
http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157

Then reinstall Macromedia Flash Player:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/triggerpages_mmcom/flash7-it.html
