Getting the

Hello All,
When viewing a JSP page from Tomcat server, if the frame takes more
than two minutes to load then some users get "Page cannot be displayed
error" in the frame. Looks like the browser is loosing the connection
to the Tomcat server.
If I go to the properties of the page, I see the following link:
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#

As you see the site is https site. This problem is not reproducible in
all users machine but only from some users machine.
Any suggestion to resolve the problem is highly appreciated.
