Sudden problem: Unable to open Secure sites with IE.

Using IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2 on Windows XP.

Everything was working fine, but suddenly I am unable to login to
Hotmail or Yahoo mail.
I suspect it is a problem with https?

I clicked on Internet Options Advanced and restored all default
settings but it didn't help.

I receive "page cannot be displayed" error.
