Have it so Office files are opened in their native program, instead of
inside IE.
See this article for possible help:
How to Configure Internet Explorer to Open Office Documents in the
Appropriate Office Program Instead of in Internet Explorer

We are having a problems that we have several users in IE that open WORD
(that is set on everyone's workstation to browse within same window) and
some
have word toolbars and some do not. If you click View | Toolbars |
Standard,
it shows up that first time, but does not hold the setting.
When you enter Word outside the browser, the toolbars all show up right
away.
Does anyone know if this is a plug-in?. It almost appears to work per
user.
Any ideas? We can code specific toolbars to appear, but are wondering why
this doesn't work.
Thanks.
