Every time I try to get into Internet Explorer I seem to be cut off.
The message reads: there's a problem with your computer and we have
to shut down..Looking into the technical cause of the problem the
message reads: "c:docume-1\janemo-1\temp\7ee8_appompat.txt" although
it it has a different reference number each time - any suggestions
gratefully received

You may be infested with malware.
