URL errors

What causes me to get these "extra characters" in a URL anytime I click
a link, history, etc?

http:///?%20www.foodproductsoflouisiana.com

Of course it results in a page error.

I have run Trend Micro, Norton, and Spyware Doctor, and I'm clean.
