Hi,
If running Windows XP and IE6, these problems are probably being caused by
the MS06-015 Update (Released April 11.) Usually (for example) www.yahoo.com
won't work but
http://www.yahoo.com will connect. Clicking on a Favorite will work.
If you have HPs Share to Web software installed, download and run the VBS
file "HP's Share-to-Web software - Fix " at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm Line 383.
If Share to Web is not installed, that fix doesn't work, or simply to read
more, see:
http://www.aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=19125
Hope this helps,
Don

I went to the site on Microsoft to see how to fix the chaos caused by aand
sloppy update. I have been typing in my addresses in google to get around
will continue to do this until I have the time to devote to patching[snip]
microsoft's mistake. Sorry, I'm whining, but I hate to take time for stuff
like this.
