IE proxy problem

Does IE7 solve the proxy problem.

In Opera, Firefox and Netscape I get a blank (white) picture where ads would
be. The rest of the pages display fine. However, In IE I sometimes also get
blank pages where text should be. This is because IE does not support the
automatic configuration script. The script defaults to the proxy server.
However, on some sites like ads.* the script uses the Blackhole proxy but IE
then uses the Blackhole proxy for legitmate pages. As stated this does not
occur in other browsers - they use the correct port from the script.
