IE 6.0 - Japanese Translation

I'm running this program in a WindowsXP environment. I recall some time ago
receiving notices that updates were available that included Japanese.
Unfortunately, I can't remember what. I think I was using my Windows 98SE
machine if that has any bearing... which I don't think it does.

Please go to this site for an example of the type of translation I'm looking
for; it's all Japanese characters.

download available for an Office 2000 or 2003 product that automatically
translated such websites into English? If so, how do I get it please?
