ClearIECache.msi - How to use it?

I downloaded ClearIECache.msi from MS (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5cbd4659-3b28-4801-8729-05335902ce79&displaylang=en)
and installed in my PC (Win XP Pro SP2/IE 6). It said "The program is installed successfully and Running". How should i use it to clear all the history, temp files and cookies?
