What have you tried?
If it is only an incorrect shortcut, then either correct the target in
Properties or create a new shortcut.
The target is normally
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
Is that where you have iexplore.exe?

Not sure what I did, but my short cut for the Internet Explorer connects
with the "cannot find" message.
I have explored various areas to possibly unbury it, but it seems to be
lost completely. Went back into the Microsoft website and have been trying
to download it again, but to no avail. I.E. came with my Dell computer, but
I don't seem to be savvy enough to retrieve it.
All responses gratefully accepted. I just do not like NewScape..
