It won't allow you to delete files/folders being used today but I delete
everything else every month or so just to get read of the junk.

I was doing some exploring to find out where I can save some disk
space. I noticed a folder with about 2gb of files. C:\ Documents and
Settings\Dan\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5.
Therer some folders with names like 7FVYG85Q with 100mb jpg files. Are
these files I can delete? They don't go away when I use Disk Cleanup
or when I delete temp internet files.
