My mouse has a depressible (is that a word) scroll wheel. Click the wheel, a
double ended arrow appears, move the arrow down or up a bit, and the window
starts a slow, even, scroll. Or faster, if you like. It's a standard mouse,
i believe.

Is there an option somewhere that enables continuous smooth scrolling of a
web page? I've been looking for a mouse that enables that, but haven't
found one. Then I saw somewhere that there is some add-in for Firefox
that makes the page smoothly scroll upward, so that you can read the whole
article without hitting the bottom of the screen.
Is there such a capability in IE? I have XP SR2 and IE6.
