Blank IE6 after Removing IE7

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I tried to uninstall IE7 because my virus protection window was bland
(Mcafee). Now they're both blank. IE opens, but won't load a page and
will lock up. Mcafee says it's running, but I can't run a scan since
the scan screen is blank. I re-installed Service Pack 2 to see if this
was the issue. It seems to have helped my stability, but IE still won't
work and I can scan for viruses. Any ideas?

Thanks,
David
