Connection tab does not exists (IE6)

The previous system administrator somehow disabled
Internet access on a certain computers. I suspect he did
something to the IE Setup because the Connection tab does
not exist in Tools/Internet Options. Any ideas?

If there is already a thread about this problem, i apologize, since I
could not search te forum
