You downloaded spyware or a virus, and now you must remove it.

After downloading a file from the Internet, this file appeared on my
desktop:CAKXETP6. Actually it was two files with the same name. Im was
able
to delete one of them, but the other remains, and when I try to delete it
I
get the error: Cannot delete file: "Cannot read from the source file or
disk"
I recovered the one I was able to delete, to see if the order I deleted
them
in made a difference. It did not, I can delete one, but not the other. It
shows "0" in size also.
When I went into IE tools to delete temp files, it did the same, i.e, one
was deleted, one stayed on the desktop.
At this point, this is not the only thing I want to delete! I also want to
delete the headache I've developed!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
