When I click a link of csv file (eg. data.csv), a File Download dialog box
shows up but the file name indicated it as an excel workbook (data.xls).
After clicking save button, the Save as type drop-down box offers only 2
choices: All Files and Microsoft Excel Work***.
If I save it as Microsoft Excel Work***, all the data is in one cell.
