Thanks for the info. None of the options fixed my problem.
Looks like I may need to reinstall XP sp2.
All the links for sp2 say to get it from the update site. Well as I have it
installed
it doesn't let me download it.
Is my only option

Hi Frank :-)
Sorry...I misunderstood your problem. Try restoring the IE toolbars to
their default setting, which may repair the problem you are having with
the About part of the Help part of the toolbar.
Reset Internet Explorer's Toolbar Menu
http://toolbar.google.com/fixmenu
To restore Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer Toolbar & Address Bar
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Line 3 - Left Side
also..
Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
Go to Tools>Internet Options>General? tab
Under Termporary Internet Files, click the "Delete Files" button, then
"Delete all off-line content" and click OK.
Then click the "Delete Cookies" button, then click the "Clear History" and
click Yes in the subsequent warning box to clear all history.
Then click on the Security tab>click the Internet Icon in the window, then
click Default settings button. Then click on the Custom level button and
reset the security level to Medium if it is set to anything else.
Click Apply
Close IE to allow changes to take effect, reopen IE
You may need to do a repair of IE:

Hi
My problem is NOT within "help". When I use the "about Internet
Explorer"
option which normally shows info about IE, rev, etc.
is when I get the
"error 53 not enough storage is available to complete
this operation"
Other ideas ?
Thanks Frank
