Internet explorer can surf https site but cannot surf http site

Hi All,

Actually i have this problem for very long time already. Since i got
this problem, i actually switch to use firefox and so far so good. but
the irritating thing is some web page still only works in internet
explorer. And today i downloaded and install the ie 7 beta version but
the problem still the same. Any suggestion to fix this problem.

please remind i can surf normally using firefox and i can also surf
https site with ie but i cannot surf http site with it.
