Hi Trae :-)

Do you have the program installed on your hard drive? If so, then you can
add them to the list.
GO t oWIndows Explorer (not IE)>Tools>Folder Options>File Type>New
Then enter the file extension for the program that is supposed to open that
file.

What type of file is it? What is the extension? Is it the right one? If
not, then change it to what it is supposed to be for the. What program is it
supposed to be opened with? Are you trying to open it from IE or your email
program? What version of Windows do you have?
