File Download Dialog Box Missing Icon

I recently noticed a problem with my IE6. When I download a file from
the web and its still downloading the window for File Download in the
Taskbar has a weird icon. Its supposed to be the blue E but its a
folder.
I haven't made any changes or installed programs on the computer
recently. I tried a system restore and nothing. I'm running Windows XP
SP2. No spyware/viruses on the system nor any toolbars. I've done a
repair on IE and checked file associations but I'm at a loss.
I've checked the registry entries for Internet Explorer in Current User
and Local Machine but nothing worth while. Can anyone help me out ?
Could it be a key in the registry with the wrong value ?
For a better view of the problem I posted a screenshot of the problem
on ImageShack -> http://img236.imageshack.us/img236/5884/error7um.jpg
**Note: Its a legitimate picture with no malicious code (aka wmf
exploit). I believe in safe computer.**
