Clarify please...
Is MSN your ISP?
What's set as your homepage?
Does this only happen on your user account?
Does IE want to connect to the internet every time you logon, even if you're
not doing anything internet related?
What type of connection? Cable, DSL, dial-up?
What programs are open when this happens?
