The MS-MVP guys here will probably require more info than that. You should
say which Windows version, Service Packs, Updates, Anti-Virus subscription,
Firewall, local Network if on one, running as Admin or User, any non-standard
software, when this first occurred, what you've done about it so far, and
anything else you can think of that may be helpful.
