Re: cant open pdf s on net

Hi,
[Assuming XP SP2]
>From IE> Tools> Pop-up blocker (with only 1 IE window open) Turn off pop-up
blocker. Close that IE window.

Check the settings of any third-party security, privacy, ad-blocking
programs (or toolbars) that are installed. One of them may be blocking new
windows.

Re: PDFs... In Folder Options> Filetypes, try setting Adobe Pro to open
PDFs, rather than Adobe Reader. Uninstalling Adobe Reader may be necessary.
Something here may help: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ie/pdf.htm

Hope this helps,
Don
