Can not bring IE6 window to front

Hope someone can help me. I am having a problem viewing IE6 windows when I
launch a new window from a IE6 window by right clicking on a link and chose
"open in new window" What happens is the new window opens but I can not
bring the original window to the front so I can see it even though it
becomes the active window. I either have to move other windows out of the
way or minimize them or delete them so I can see the original window. this
becomes a pain when using a search engine such as Google because I like to
hold the search results in one window while I open new widows from those
results links. The funny thing is that it only happens in one of the three
user accounts I set up on this computer. The other 2 accounts behave
correctly. I am thinking is may be some user setting that I changed in this
account but for the life of me I can't find anything having to do with
controlling the windows. Any one have any idea?
