Hi-  Running Windows ME. I just want to download a copy of IE.  I can
find the Service Packs, but I can't find a copy of the program.  Can

You should explain a bit more.
What version of IE do you want to download?
Why do you want to download it? Describe any problem in detail with complete error messages.
