XP,SP2 (running for ages without any issues), dial-up, no router connected
at the moment (there has been and will be again, but it's months since it
was removed), ZoneAlarm latest. Since then I put the Norton one on., but
I've now got ZA reinstalled (yes, one at a time). NVidia driver was 77.72
which did work ok when installed- I've heard that a few people have had
issues with the latest ones and went back but it did work for me. I don't
know if that driver is implicated but the issue started directly after that
install with no other changes made at the same time.
