Can you give some idea of what is different or missing?
For example which looks most like firefox... the admin user or the limited
user. I am assuming the admin users so it "Is" something to do with settings
although perhaps not IE setting you can easily control.
Can you give the URL of a page that shows a fairly big difference?
It might help to state which OS you are using.
