rI have ad-ware and Microsoft spy ware and avast anti virus on my computer
also I have zone labs fie wall , i am only novice at the computer some
things i can do but can you make any suggestions easy to follow, the
suggestions you made really i
did not understand fully apart form them being links but thank you anyway .

It's understandable. :-) What part of the instructions are you having trouble with, what you did not undertand and I'll try to help you through the steps as best I can.
