3 out of 5 times when trying to access a frequently used site via IE's
"Favorites" function or typing keywords into a search engine, I receive: "The
website address you entered could not be found" - even MORE ridiculous is
that often when I am able to reach the site desired, seconds later I'm jerked
off the site and given this error message.

When I do get the error message, most of the time the error screen is not
static - it keeps opening over and over and over; not even giving me the
chance to enter anything into the try again search engine space!!?? What the
heck can I do to be rid of this?
