Hi Jeff :-)

I am operating a Dell laptop with Windows XP Home. Explorer will open and
load the page, but then it immediately shuts down. Do I need to reinstall
Explorer? I tried to uninstall Explorer, and I can't seem to do that either!
Thank you.
