Natalie, perhaps the site is the first you have encountered that needs the
JAVA language and you don't have it. Has the site ever worked for you?
You can obtain JAVA from www.java.sun.com and follow the links to download
what they call teh "Runtime" or "Virtual Machine". JRE = Java Runtime
Engine.
tool>internet options>advanced tab
Scroll down a bit and if you see some settings for "Java" it will probably
say "Sun" and you already have it, if not go get it and see if that helps.
Don't like asking anyone to post details of cards on here but if you mention
just the name of the card someone here may know if it needs Java or not.
