error message "previewwindow location' is null or not an object

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I had no trouble with this message on a site I use alot til recently. My
computer crashed and I reformatted everything. since then I get this message
when trying to use some of the hyper links in this site. Any suggestions on
the settings or service packs I might need? Ive got internet explorer 6 with
the sp4. Thank you.
