Re: Explorer connection through AOL

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Please only pay attention to the suggestions in *this* thread for now.

Can you successfully reach Windows Update (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) using Internet Explorer and is the machine fully up-to-date at Windows Update?

Have you enabled Automatic Updates?

Have you installed and properly configured an anti-virus application?

Have you enabled the Windows Firewall or installed a third-party firewall?

What specific webpages can you not access using IE? What happens when you try to access them using IE? Post any error messages in their entirety.

PA Bear, I've read and tried your suggestions which you posted to another
person. I've tried everything you posted; still stumped.
