Hi Galen,
Thanks for your advice. I uninstalled my old Wanadoo dial up ISP files
/program but this hasn't made any difference - I still get the 403 message.
Any other ideas? I'd like to uninstall/reinstall Internet exlorer but with
it bundled into
xp that doesnt help. Any other ideas? Firefox & netscape work just fine.
