Re: Web Site Loading Extremely Slowly... Other Sites Time Out

Thanks for responding back so quickly.

I had previously contacted NewSoft with no success. Because no one else that
they knew of was having problems, they had to believe that it was something
on my end. I can't say that I blame them too much. But, I did try a different
approach and emailed someone different at their company to see if they could
perhaps put me in touch with someone who might be able to help.

I'm just thankful to be at the same point this morning that I was yesterday.
I really got concerned when I couldn't log onto my administrator account.

If anyone else knows of the right questions I might ask NewSoft, I would
appreciate your comments.
