Security: Secure & Non-Secure Items

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm having a problem with a warning message that says, "Security Information  This page contains both secure and non-secure items.  Do you want to display the non-secure items?"  I have "Display mixed content" set to "enable"in both my trusted and Internet zones.  How do I get rid of this exasperating bit of "assistance"?

Thanks.
