RealTracs problems

I am running Windows 98, and recently began having problems with the
RealTracs real estate website. Here is the information from them, and I have
disabled my pop-up blocker on AOL, and tried disabling my firewall (McAfee)
also with no results. ANY ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!

If you are using pop-up blocking software, please set your software to allow

For AOL users only: If you are using the AOL system on a Windows PC, you may
experience issue using the Realtracs.com system if you have a version of
