Can't open www.classmates.com but can open every other site I have
ever tried.  I don't believe it's secure and can't find anything in
documentation about it.

It's not on any blocked lists that I can find.  IE won't even attempt
to access and I get the page cannot be displayed msg.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site. Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
