Try pressing Ctrl-F5? (Equivalent to clearing the TIF for simple pages.)
If clearing the TIF doesn't work it means the proxy cache is working
only by filename (e.g. URL and not by ETag). In that case depending
on what support the server provides, you could either try faking that
your request was a CGI request, e.g. by appending a question mark
to it or if equivalent https support exists try that protocol instead.
(With a secure protocol the requests and responses will be encrypted
and not be able to be cached by the proxy server.)
