Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Whenever I attempt to sign out of my Hotmail account, there is a green check
mark next to Hotmail and a red X next to Microsoft with a Microsoft Passport.
Clinking on the need help signing out link offers no help signing out at all.
I choose try again several times and am never successful signing out of
Microsoft with a Microsoft Passport. I finally just close the window. Any
suggestions?
