IE6 - hangs for minutes - task not responding.

Help - second occurances in two days. Adaware, Spybot, Hijack this show
nothing and no viruses. Win2k machines mostly patched - though cannot find
what needs updating because cant us update with anouther browser.

Any ideas? Where to start? Cache/ Temps are all cleared and restarts do
nothing.
