Hi there,

Looks like you need to reassociate CHM files with HTML Help. To do that,
open Windows Explorer and click on Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to CHM, then browse to your Windows folder and find hh.exe. If
you need to re-download HTML Help, you can do so here:
