As soon as I can get back to the customer location, I'll check this out. In
the meantime, are these settings for IE global (all users) or user-specific?
I only ask because, as you'll recall from my post, their are 2 users on this
computer. The primary user is having this problem, while the second user is
not having this problem. In addition, the problem is not only affecting
hyperlinks in emails, it's a general IE problem. I cannot start IE (for the
first user) no matter how I try to start it. It does not matter if I double
click the IE icon on the desktop, in the All Programs list or the actual
executable. If I do any of this while logged in as the first user, IE will
not launch. If I do any of this while logged in as the second user, IE works
just fine.
