Windows IE 6.0.2800.1106IC

Yesterday I applied the patch for "Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-037
Vulnerability in JView Profiler Could Allow Remote Code Execution (903235)"
to 2 computers running Windows 98 SE.

Now I get Fatal Exception messages on both computers at start up and cannot
run any programs without the computer programs producing a "Not Responding"
message. This especially true for each attempt to use Internet Explorer.

All was well before applying this patch but now I cannot run any programs
without receiving the "Not Responding" condition.

Any suggestions are welcomed.
