A real BIG thanks to JAN and PA Bear!!

I read Jan's reply before I downloaded PA Bear's--and followed her instructions-- but I had to remove the "?" marks after .dll.
What are the "?" marks for Jan?

Sorry for the confusion......that's a good question, and I really don't know. It's really a puzzlement, as they are not in the original text, I don't see them here on my end, but, for some reason they keep getting in there now and then when it is posted. I have not been able to figure out why.

After registering the .dlls and rebooting; IE is finally working correctly!
Why did this malfunction occur, what could cause this problem?
In any case THANKS SO MUCH, both of you two.
