Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one, CJ? Did it start after installing Firefox?

Is Firefox chosen as your default browser at Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults?
